AI ENABLEMENT AND ADOPTION | PROJECT DELIVERY

Practical AI and automation, built around the work.

I help teams understand their workflows, choose practical uses for AI and automation, and support the people using them. My experience connects HR and benefits operations with IT project delivery, Microsoft 365, and user enablement.

    Portfolio examples

Independent projects that show how I would approach a problem. They are separate from the workplace work above and are not production deployments.

    • Portfolio simulation

      AI Opportunity Intake Workbench

This project shows how I would structure AI use-case intake, scoring, review, and reporting. It is a simulation of an enterprise intake process, not a production deployment.

    • Portfolio governance example

      Policy Copilot Governance Demo

This project outlines a narrow HR policy assistant, including source boundaries, human escalation, test planning, and proposed measures. It shows the controls I would define before a rollout, not a claim of production performance.

      Offboarding Process Redesign Case Pack

This case pack shows how I approach offboarding requirements, process design, risks, and measurement. It is separate from my workplace Power Automate offboarding implementation and does not establish that every step shown was deployed.

    • Portfolio framework

      AI Readiness Assessment

A documentation-first framework for deciding whether a team is ready to adopt AI, scored across six dimensions with a go, fix-then-go, or no-go recommendation. It has not yet been run against a real team.

    Perplexity and Computer Projects

I use Perplexity and Perplexity Computer extensively for research and project work. These are independent projects I designed and iterated with AI assistance. They are personal and portfolio work, not an employer deployment, and no time-saved or usage figures are claimed.

    • Reusable skillsConfigured Computer skills with defined inputs, task ownership, output formats, and approval steps
    • Multi-step workflowsResearch, evidence review, and decision-ready handoffs instead of one-off prompts
    • Human approvalConsequential actions wait for my review; plans and results are kept separate
    • A published learning toolAn interactive simulator anyone can try in a browser
    • Independent project

      Reusable Perplexity Computer Skills

I configured and iterated a library of Computer skills for research, evidence management, communication, and personal workflow automation. Each skill has defined inputs, a clear owner for each task, a set output format, and a point where it stops and asks me instead of acting.

    • Independent project

      Evidence Controls and Perplexity-to-Claude Handoffs

I set source-of-truth rules, claim restrictions, versioned handoffs, and verification checkpoints for workflows shared between Perplexity and Claude. The goal is simple: each tool knows what it owns, and nothing unverified gets treated as fact.

      Offside Lab

An interactive simulator I built and iterated with Perplexity Computer. It teaches a complex rule through draggable scenarios, freeze-frame explanations, and plain-language feedback. It shows how I turn a hard concept into something people can try for themselves.

      Try Offside Lab

Built with AI assistance: I chose the problems, audiences, requirements, and corrections; Perplexity Computer generated much of the implementation. No learning-effectiveness, adoption, or time-saved results are claimed.

    Experience

My background spans benefits operations, employee support, and IT project delivery. I bring that operational perspective to AI enablement, workflow improvement, and process documentation.

I have worked with benefits data, vendor processes, employee communications, and cross-functional systems work. That experience helps me connect technology decisions with the people and processes they affect.

    How I Work

    1. Start with the process.

Understand the work and responsibilities before choosing a tool.

    2. Choose a practical solution.

Use AI where it fits and a straightforward workflow where it does not.

    3. Make the handoff clear.

Document the process, testing, user guidance, and responsibilities.

    4. Separate plans from results.

State what was built, what was tested, and what remains a proposal.

Let's talk about the work your team needs to improve.

I'm interested in roles that connect AI enablement, HR technology, and practical process improvement. I'd welcome the chance to walk through the examples here and explain my contribution.
